FarmLink International

What FarmLink does with your data

Updated on 18 October 2026.

Who is responsible

FarmLink International is responsible for the data of the FarmLink Pilot app.

What we keep

Your phone number or e-mail, your first name and the fingerprint of your code (never the code itself). Your farm's data: sites, plots, campaigns, expenses, sales, harvests, notes, receipts as photos or PDF. The ideas you send us. The link that brought you (TikTok, Facebook…), with a random identifier. Your Pass payments.

Why

Only to run the app: keep your entries, send them between your phones, compute your report, help you when you contact support, manage your Pass, and learn which links and ideas matter. No phone number nor e-mail, no account.

Who sees it

You and the members you invite to your farm. FarmLink support only to help you, with an access written in a log; the team never sees your amounts without it. We never sell your data. No ads nor ad trackers in the app.

Where it is kept

On an OVH server in France (European Union), so outside Senegal. An encrypted copy every night at Cloudflare (European Union). Payments go through a payment provider (Wave, Orange Money).

How long

As long as your account exists. Account closed: everything is erased within 30 days, backups included.

Your rights

You can see, correct or erase everything, and refuse a use. Write to FarmLink support on WhatsApp or to farmlinkinternational@gmail.com.

A complaint

Not satisfied? You can contact the CDP, Senegal's personal data protection authority.
